There are some things that I have to surrender to the likelihood of being orchestrated by God. Recently Wil and I had a conversation about helping the church go green and we were going to try to start recycling the massive amounts of paper we throw away on a daily basis. I was going to mention this at our staff meeting today, but right as Noah was finishing up his report he told of a lady from our church who was going to purchase the needed bins for our office to 'go green'! God is a show-off sometimes. But I like it.
In other 'green news', Sarah and I have involuntarily gone green by discarding our dryer and air drying our clothes. I say involuntarily because the discarded dryer is actually broken. I have been much more gun-ho about this than Sarah, who has a serious and valid concern about drying our new baby with towels that feel like sandpaper due to hang drying. I think I have talked her into letting me be 'green' until Pax is born though!
