I have recently found a great program for running an online calendar that allows the users to import and export iCal and vCal files. It is great for businesses or organizations that need where employees need to see the schedules of their co-workers. It allows you to color-code various calendars in ‘layers’ to see how one calendar matches up with your schedule. This is a free program and is easy to operate as an employer or employee.
